First Generation · 1950s
The Olympic Podium
In 1952, at the Olympic Games in Helsinki, our family stood on the world’s greatest sporting stage and brought home a silver medal. Competing in woollen shorts, genuine chamois leather padding, and braces — sponsor names hand-embroidered on the legs. No data, no marginal gains. Just grit, lungs, and an unshakeable love of the ride. It is the founding moment of everything EEZIE stands for.

Second Generation · 1960s – 1980s
The Riding Years
The second generation trained hard, competed fiercely, and kept the flame alive. Political circumstance denied them the international stage their talent deserved — but they rode regardless. Not for medals or recognition, but because the love of cycling cannot be taken away. The knowledge and passion accumulated through those years became the quiet foundation on which the next generation would build something remarkable.
Third Generation · 2000s – Present
The Return to the World Stage
When the barriers finally fell, the third generation rode straight back to the top. Two brothers carried the family’s unbroken passion onto the global stage — one representing his country at three UCI Mountain Bike World Championships, his brother competing at the elite level of international MTB. From an Olympic podium in the 1950s to the trails of the modern MTB world — the obsession never stopped. It simply waited.
